MIXO-LOGIC IN D.I.T.


Mixo-logic's Paul Lambert spent a few hours with the bar students at Dublin Institute of Technology last Monday talking to them about the evolution of the rum cocktail and the impact that Bacardi had on rum cocktails and how they were made.

' Its always great when you get to talk to bar students. I personally feel that these guys/gals are the future of bartending and to be able to give them the advantage of learning about different products/cocktails, before they get in behind a bar full time, is something I didnt have an opportunity to take part in when I was training and I am proud to be given the opportunity to chat to these students.':-
