35mls Vanilla Vodka
25mls Creme de Cacao White
20mls Rose Syrup
Rosewater spray(3 sprays)
Method:- Add all ingredients except the rosewater to a shaker with ice. Shake well, strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a rose petal if available

Cocktail of the Week:- Casino
35mls Old Tom Gin
17.5mls Maraschino liqueur
17.5mls fresh lemon juice
17.5mls sugar syrup
2 dashes Orange bitters
Method:- Shake and strain into an Old Fashioned Glass filled with cubed ice
Garnish with lemon and mint sprig
Notes: - like an Aviation but with an orange twist instead of Violette. Really nice!
Is in the Savoy Book but I found it in Imbibe magazine also.
Must use Old Tom gin!!!!!!!
