On Aug 21st Mixo-logic's Paul Lambert gave a cocktail master class to the residents in the Radisson Hotel at Farnham Estate, Cavan. Having developed a range of cocktails that have healthy ingredients in them for the hotel, Paul was on hand to demonstrate how to make these recipes and talk about the ideas behind them.
