PAUL LAMBERT ON DVD
Mixo-ogic's Paul Lambert took part in a DVD for Failte Ireland recently to help promote their courses and the bar industry. Paul, a former student of Failte Ireland (1994) talked about his experiences in the Industry and why people should consider bartending as a career. The DVD will be distributed to all secondary schools.
'It was a great honour for me to take part in this dvd, as I feel forever grateful to Failte Ireland for giving me the foundation I needed to get on in this industry and I still rely on things I learnt back then when I am giving training sessions now', said Paul.
