COCKTAIL RECIPE
CROUCHING TIGER
This fresh zingy drink is one we make a lot in SABA. The herbal notes of the vodka are complemented by the sweetness of the kiwi and the sharpness of the lemon. I don't recommend pressed apple juice here as I think it is too sharp for this drink. Just use the pure apple juice.
35mls Zubrowka Bison grass vodka
1 kiwi
17.5mls fresh lemon juice
17.5mls sugar syrup
100mls Apple juice
Method:- Cut both the ends off the kiwi. Then peel the rest of the skin away from the flesh. Put the peeled kiwi into a boston glass and muddle. Add the Zubrowka, lemon and sugar, add some ice and shake hard. Pour the contents of the shaker into a tall glass and top with the apple juice. Garnish with an apple slice.(pic taken in SABA)
